Gated 55+ Retirement Community, Tampa, Florida

I have been living here since 2016 and I can honestly say I am extremely happy with the present staff Orlando, Jennifer, Dee and the maintenance team are always eager to assist and help as much as they can.

I’ve been living here for almost 5 years now and honestly it’s a fantastic place… The guys are always pylon and tidying everything up and even when we faced luragano milton the cleaning services were as quick as ever

We are very happy with our experience with Fountain View. Especially with the office staff! They have made the whole process understandable and were patient with our questions and getting us through the process of leasing. We love the amenities at the property and highly recommend Fountain View.

We have lived in Fountainview almost 2 years. We have found the management of the park to communicate expectations well, and they have been consistent in the administration of park policies. The residents here are varied in nationalities, and have been very warm and friendly. The park is very well maintained and kept up. There are a variety of amenities to enjoy. Two recent hurricanes have spotlighted the investment and teamwork from the park staff, as well as the residents. Overall, we are happy to have our home here.

I just moved in a couple months ago. Everybody I’ve met seems very friendly. I bought my home from the in-house sales office. Fred was great. I love the common area amenities (pool, laundry, work out equipment, etc). Feels like a resort at times.

I hope I feel the same down the road, but…so far so good.

I purchased a home in this community several months ago. This was after visiting several nearby options. I kept getting drawn back to here. After being here for close to six months I’m so glad I made the decision to make this home. Everyone on site from the management as well as the onsite grounds crew are great. The amenities are fabulous. The grounds are very very well kept and I like the gated access as well as the neighborhood is located close to everything. Only regret is I didn’t simplify my life and do this sooner. Special thanks to Miss Dee for all your help and making the initial process smooth.
