Registration: By now, most of you have experienced our new and contactless digital registration process and we appreciate your continued support of this safer and more efficient method of registration.

Your health and well-being is the most important thing on our minds this season and based on your considerable feedback and statements, we understand that it is the most important thing to you as well. Face masks and social distancing will continue to be encouraged in designated venues.
Heat and Eat (at select resorts), our new pre-made home cooked meals are only available to Cal-Am Resort residents and guests. Order breakfast, lunch, dinner, or dessert on your schedule to be delivered directly to your home or RV. From omelets, breakfast burritos, and bakery items, to ribs, chicken, salad, and so much more! Stock the fridge for days at a time and follow the simple microwave instructions and enjoy! Scan the QR code with the camera on your smart phone and select the Heat and Eat location to see the full menu, then order.
You can now use this QR code for contactless ordering from our Cactus Grills and RaV’es Café. Order to your table, by the pool, curbside pick-up, or delivery to your home (yes, even beer, wine, and mixed drinks!). In November we will be launching a Cal-Am Resorts app to make saving your favorite order and ordering from any of our locations even easier! RaV’es is open 7:00 a.m-2:00 p.m. at 4850 E. Main St. for a quick coffee and Donut to a delicious lunch menu. Come check the yummy sweets our Pastry Chef has for you.
Enhanced and increased cleaning and sanitization: We have increased cleaning and sanitizing protocols, including the use of electrostatic disinfecting of amenities and high touch surfaces. We have installed hand sanitizer and wipe pop-up stations around the resort.
Social distancing: We have introduced helpful signage, re-designed seating, and reduced maximum room and amenity capacities while increasing the number of smaller events and seating areas. Where appropriate we have installed plexiglass partitions. We have implemented contactless registration and food service.
Resident safety protocols: We encourage residents to wear facial coverings while indoors.
Employee safety protocols: We send employees home when they are not feeling well or exhibiting symptoms of being ill. We require all employees to wear facial coverings.
