Our 12 RV resort communities with 1BD tiny houses are located near Phoenix and Scottsdale in Mesa, Tucson, Surprise, Gold Canyon and Yuma, AZ.

These 1BD + 1BA small homes range from 400sqft to 800sqft. Optional carports and porches are available with the 800sqft homes. New and pre-owned tiny homes are available for sale. Easy financing of 5.99% available on select homes.
