Springbrook Estates

A beautiful all ages family community just west of metropolitan Portland, in the prestigious Newberg area. We are very close to many fine wineries of the pacific Northwest and have countless rivers and forests are with in easy driving distance, offering boating, fishing, and hunting opportunities. In town, we have the Hoover-Minthorn house museum which was the childhood home of President Hoover. Minutes away we have one of the few left, a Drive-In movie theater!

A one-hour drive east will take one to the Cascade Mountains for skiing, camping, fishing and hiking. A one and half hour drive west will take one to the breathtaking views of the Pacific coastline, with its many beautiful beaches. There are also plenty of golf courses, shopping and fun entertainment nearby. We have many health care facilities and medical offices located in Newberg, close to Springbrook Estates.
